RCMP fingerprint status?

I made a topic yesterday but unfortunately got no help form the members here. I got my FP done 2 weeks ago electronically and rcmp sent a hard copy of it all cleared yesterday. my question is that should i send the hard copy to the st.clair office from where the FP request was sent? or to my local office at which my file currently is. The local police told me to send it to the st.clair office, but in the letter it says rcmp will direct my fingerprints to the appropriate office. I called rcmp to check the status, and their number was no longer in service. I called rcmp 24 hours helpline or whatever, and they told me that RCMP does not send any FP request to cic or any local office. Should I send my FP copy to local office? (scarborough), even though i got the FP request from st.clair? :'(

I got my fingerprint yesterday, and the fingerprint technician told me they would send it to Ottawa RCMP for investigation, then the result would be forwarded to my local office. Also, the fingerprint request letter clearly states that if you do it electronically, you don't need to do anything. The hard copy, signed by the technician and yourself, is for your own record.
