rcmp crminal record check

i just want to know to get the criminal record check from rcmp . Do we need to send only c216c form or any thing else .i was confuse on there website and also on the form we need to write the visa office address or no. Also what is the processing time.

No one replied to me on this question.. but since I have gone through this....

Please search for commissionaires, or any agency who do electronic fingerprinting. They will do it for you.

if your visa office is in Canada.. they will send your report directly to Visa office.
if your visa office is abroad they will send results to your home address and then you can send it to Visa Office.

I got my results in my mailbox (regular mail) is 4 days, i went through commissionaires. and cost was $60.
