RCMP criminal record question

Hi All,

I have a question regarding RCMP criminal record and I searched the forum with no luck, it's written in RCMP website that:

Applications for immigration to Canada
– In the "Name and Address of Contributing Agency/Department" portion of the form, you must include the name and address of the Canadian Immigration Center, Embassy, Consulate or High Commission handling the case.

I'm wondering what to provide in this field, anyone has experience applying for it? Will specificing that it's for "Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada" be enough for express entry purposes?

Any information is appreciated, the application is under CEC and applying from Canada (inland).

I don't think you need police certificates for "time spent in Canada" for Express Entry application.
