Hi,

How do we represent unemployed period in personal activity?

I left my NOC job last year and have been traveling. For now I have put it as "Educational activity" with description as traveling.

Is it ok? Any idea?

Think from CIC's perspective. they are looking for the applicant's work experience. Travel/volunteering etc cannot be same as employment. And period of unemployment is simply unemployment. Whether you are travelling for education or any other purpose is not adding to your work experience profile. So whatever explanation you give should be ok so far as you can provide supporting docs, for e.g. visa or travel related booking in your case.

That's what i did,it's makes me sense.If u choose educational activity,its ask u to fill the certification details.
