RBVO status in Ecas

Hi guys ! I am an Oct 2010 applicant,LOndon VO,I got my PER on Feb 28 and my Ecas status started to show RBVO since March 26, 2011 but I did not recieved yet my 2nd AOR..
If your Ecas status is RBVO does that mean that you should also recieve your 2nd AOR thru your emails?
Your ideas, opinions will be greatly appreciated..

Some says if your VO is London, you will not recieve a 2nd AOR...the next communication with London VO is Med request..
