Did anyone received a NOI?

Hi, I received a NOI on 29 Apr 2020. Documents sent and I received and email with my file number on 15 May(without status of file or assessing officer name). I am out of Canada and got the NOI on the same day the HOLD came into effect. Do you think there is any hope of me receiving a nomination?

Yes!!! But you need to have patience until they open the border
