Meanwhile, what's going on? Any hope for the scores to drop significantly? Im getting scared now cause I have pretty much maxed out on my score. The next step would be to learn French.

Yes, most of the hurdles (FST draws, 3 or 4 weeks draws etc) have passed already. Now the score will keep on dropping further, but with a steady speed.

Whats the cause of this shift from 3900 to 3600 this time around?? Wasnt it supposed to remain at 3900 to meet the announced numbers for 2019?

467 still stands a good chance by year end or early 2020. Don’t panic and I sincerely wish you get your ITA ASAP.

Ohh.. That was close. Don't worry. You will get it within 1 or 2 draws.

Not to surpass the yearly target and huge backlog of already pending applicantions.

I think its a controlled process now. Due to the backlog of work, draws are taking place after longer intervals on purpose, during which many applicants are entering the pool. The crs is therefore increasing. Eventually there will be lesser eligible candidates (mostly cec and pnp) benifiting from it.
