Maybe I am not aware of your full situation, but why 2 spots? Are you seeing the two sections post ITA?
And If I understand correctly, post everything in both the sections. There is no harm in providing additional information in Education section.

Hi, I dont think that noone is willing to help you.
We are all waiting for ITA here, and I am guessing this is for the later part of the process, which honestly I dont know anything about. But I think you upload both your certificates in 1 and then all your transcripts in 2 as per the sections? Maybe there's a thread for post-ITA process where people can help you more?
