My previous prediction was 444 and the draw cut off was 443! So you can be hopeful!

They may not increase the number of ITAs at all and keep it at 3900. By issuing 3900 ITAs, they can issue around 1,00,000 ITAs in 2019 with 2 week gap draws which should easily meet their yearly target.

So, unless they try to achieve a higher target in the early part of the year, they don't need to tamper with the ITA counts.

Hi, my sister has 443 but she did not get ITA today... As profile created on 15 jan 2019. Now, Ontario and other provinces have issued large PNPs so will be able to get in the Feb 6 draw? Also I myself have 429, so if she gets ITA can I get points for sibling straight away or will have to wait till she lands in Canada ?

1) She'll most likely get it!
2) You will only get points for a sibling when she has been issued a PR card

Can I accompany her on tourist visa and search for a job? And meanwhile I can apply for PR from Canada? Is that possible?
