Raise Web Form As soon as you go beyond processing time

Hi,

i would strongly recommend everyone to raise a web form immediately after you go past the current processing times. it will help you to get your result faster. Files are being processed timely or with little delay but the major delay is in posting the results. i got the final result on Oct 1st. however the visa was granted on Aug 29th. that too after i reminded them about it by raising web form.

What was time period to reply IRCC web form. I submitted on Oct. 01, 2018 but i have not got any reference number or reply yet.
My parents applied super visa. My mother got it three weeks ago but still waiting for my father visa approval.
