Hi all, I just landed on 2018/6/14 and this site helped me a lot. So I want to share my experience with you guys and hope it can help.
I stayed at a hotel and arrived at Rainbow Bridge around 6:35am. Please note that the pedestrian route is on the right and you can not walk on drive way. I was so glad I have brought more than 2 quarters with me because the fare increased to $1 in 4 quarters. Then just walk all the way to US boarder office. The officer was very nice. I got a white paper saying flagpole and went back to Canada. Lined up in front of the board until the officer called. Then I got a yellow paper and went into the board office and waited till 8am to be called. They started to process from 8:10am actually. It took me about 15 mins to get it done.
I would suggest it that if you want to land at rainbow bridge, try to do flag-poling before 7:30am between Tuesday and Thursday. Good luck guys!
