Thanks a lot for looking into my thread.

Does eAPR also include upfront medical?is it possible that once I have some some sort of proof about my divorce, I use that along with LOE explaining that once I have the official divorce certificate I will provide that after submitting eAPR

My current country of residence is not the same as my country of birth and I had PCC’s for both of them and now they are more than 6 months old. So do I need new PCC for my country of birth as well or u mean only for the country of residence where I m working currently.

My job letter, I mean that my manager put the date of 5 April 2018 on my letter And I m currently working there so do I need a new letter with the most recent date. Note that 5 April 2018 on my letter means I have 2 years experience in the same job which is under noc A?

1- Well yes, you must submit your upfront medical along with your e-APR, I cannot guarantee what you're trying to do will work out and won't result in a cancellation for incompleteness.

In exceptional circumstances, IRCC may accept

  • proof that a medical appointment is scheduled; or
  • a letter of explanation of best efforts."

2 - I do not know if you've visited your home country and thus rendering such PCC invalid. Please do take your time to read the information of the link I have provided, reading this information could've prevented me from having to answer these couple questions.

3 - You can use the same reference letter but depending on the circumstances it might be better to get a new one. I cannot comment further on this as I do not know your work history.
