Qus. regarding Edu. loan plz help

i am applying for edu. loan of 11 lac ind from state bank of patiala.
my first qus form when they ask to pay interest?
when i receive a senction letter or when i pay fee of college
and 2 qus is my ist sem fee is 3.5 lac and loan is 11 lac interest i have to pay is on 3.5 lac or 11 lac .?
plz help me on this problem....

you need not pay the interest now.
After you finish your graduation they will give you a year for searching job and then you have to pay the interest along with monthly due

1. You bear interest payment right after the payment of fees to the college.
2. Interest will be on Rs. 3.5 lacs
