I need your help guys.
I asked this question to two different IRCC agents and immigrant laywers but no one seems to know the answer.
So brief scenario,
I applied for FSW in dec. and have been working in Canada for mre than 1 yr with LMIA but now I want to quit. At the time of submission, it hadnt been 1 year.
Case 1. - time of submission
Mandatory requirement for FSW is met.
Job offer based on LMIa - claimed 50.points
CRS score - 502
Cut off score of the invitation - 472
Case 2.
Mandatory requirement for FSW is still met (same)
No job - lose 50 pts
1 year of Canadian work experience - gain 47 pts (because my skilled work experience is foreign)
CRS score recalculated - 499; still higher than the cut-off score
If my status changes from case 1 to case 2, could my application be rejected??
