Under CEC, you are fine to quit your job at any time after you have applied. The only thing is that you must have had enough hours to qualify at the time you applied. After that, the job is not important.

Yes it will not be a problem for your application. hoever keep this in mind that the officer at the time of landing can easily ask you then to show him the proff of money which is typically, 10 thousand some dollars. Now this amount is needed for typically people who come to canada from abroad and land as a landed immigrant to make sure they will have enough money to settle down and not rely on government. Now since you have already been living here so I don;t see a problem. But there is a good chance that officer can ask you about the funds since you will not be working at that time.

Looks strange to me..which obligation fulfilment are the talking about???? I guess this is not under CEC as I agreed wth draxz1289: Those are the only letter needed from the employer. Call them and find out specifically what's that letter for... I am beginining to get really worrried... I don't know if my employer can provide such a letter....

I think they mean that they want to know if you have obligations to the employer that have not yet been fulfilled. I am not sure what those could be but I imagine for example that you did not run out in the middle of your contract to your employer or something like that. If the employer is not aware of any outstanding obligations you have towards him, he should be able to write a letter for you stating that.
