Quit the job and start again under same LMO

Hi,

I'm wondering if it is possible to work again for company as a temporary worker. I worked there for some time (they applied for LMO) but because of personal reasons I had to leave Canada. Now I want go back to Canada, I'm already participating in EE, but it's going to take a while (score ~ 400).
I spoke with previous company, and they are willing to hire me agan. My LMO and work permit are valid until Sept 2016 so I should be eligible but I heard that work permit has ceased when I left Canada.

Is my work permit still valid, or do they have to apply for LMIA ?

Hi,

Do you still have a valid Work Permit and TRV(Temp Resident Visa)? If you do, then you can still go back to Canada in one condition: If you have the letter from your previous employer.That they allowing you to go out of the country for vacation or for whatever reason you might have..

Yeah, I have all documents and they are valid (as I said until September 2016). Ok, thanks for info, now it's time to speak with employer.
