Quick questions on a few citizenship application questions

Hey everyone,

After a few years of hiatus, I'm back. This time applying for citizenship! Got a few quick questions from the application:

Question 6D:
1. Do you have PR status in any other country. Does that mean PR status other than Canada right?


Question 6E:
1. What should I wrote for the "To" date for my current address. Can I just write "Present"?

2. What, if any, proof do I need to send for these addresses?

3. When they say previous 4 years, does it mean full calendar years or just until the month. I will be signing on August 1, 2014. So they want addresses/work/study information from August 1, 2010 until August 1, 2014. Correct?

...OR...do they want from January 1, 2010 until August 1, 2014?

5. I graduated from university in June 2010, which falls out of the "4 year" date, but should I include it just in case?

Question 6F:
1. Again, similar to 6E, what should I wrote for the "To" date for my work place. Can I just write "Present"?

Question 9C:
1. I'm not a Quebec resident, so I will checkbox the "No" part. But what about the follow-up question about authorizing relese of info to Chief Electoral Officer for Quebec? Should I leave it blank or checkbox "No" as well?

Question 11:
1. I didn't receive any assistance, so should I just write "N/A" in the fields?

newbie here,I am confused about 9C ,can anyone confirm the answer
also I would like to know if I have to write N/A on 3B,3C even if I am not going to change name.
