Quick question pls: Apply online for Visitor visa - Family Members

I need your help. I am applying online for a visitor visa and my wife is coming with me.
In my CIC account, I found an application for my family member that should be filled.
The question is: Should my wife create her own CIC account for her application or shall we proceed with the same account and apply two applications?

Please help. I need to proceed.

In our case, the Schedule 1 -- -IMM5257B_1 should be filled by the principle applicant or the spouse??

You can apply for your wife with your account, both of you just need to sign IMM5713E which is Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications, you will be the representative.

One more thing.

In our case, the Schedule 1 -- -IMM5257B_1 should be filled by the principle applicant or the spouse??

Both of you need to fill out this form, 1 for each of you.
