I was just about to submit my application (I need to include a police certificate because I've been 6 months in another country), and I was going to attach:
* translation of PPC by a certified translator in Canada (black and white)
* Original PPC scan in color
However, I just noticed this when I clicked on the "help" button in the online portal it says: "a certified copy of the original document"
Do I also have to submit a certified copy (by a notary) of the PPC?
I mean, what's the point if I'm just submitting a digital file? isn't the certified copy meant to send over a document without giving up on the original?
On a second note, the translator attached the PPC copy in black and white, is this ok? Or it has to be in color?
