Quick dumb question

We are filling out the forms for spouse/ common law class and I have a question.
If we are not using a representative do we still need to print the form and write N/A ? or do we just not include it

You should print them out and put the sponsor there because we didn’t on ours and now they tell us I can’t get info on our application even when I write letters to the mp’s wanting to know why it’s taking so long.
