Hi all, I had a couple of questions as I was filling out the NBPNP (Express Entry stream) application form.

On the form, there is a section that says,

“Previous Immigration Applications - Provide full details of all applications, regardless of final decision, made to obtain refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country. Submit photocopies of all correspondence (letters, email, or any other communication) related to the final decision from each application.”

As it says "Provide full details of all applications, regardless of final decision, made to obtain refugee status ... or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country"

Does this mean I'll have to fill in the details and results of all my previous applications to CIC including my Study Permit, Off-Campus Work Permit, Co-op Work Permit, and Visa? If so, will I have to submit photocopies of the correspondence in relation to the outcome of those applications / documents as well?

As far as I can recall, I just received the documents (being it a Study Permit, Off-Campus Work Permit, Co-op Work Permit, or a Visa) most of the time (if not all times) and there was no additional letter or anything else in the returned envelope. The issue is though, I really don't know if I still have a copy of my expired study permit or any of the work permits. Would this be an issue?

Then, there was this section that says,
“Previous Visits to Canada - You and your spouse / common law partner must provide details”

Is this asking me all the records of my entry & re-entry into Canada? Do I have to put all the dates that I entered and re-entered Canada since I first came here and the length of time I stayed here in each bracket?

I came here to study as an international student back in 2007 with occasional trips back home, I have never left Canada for any longer than 3-4 months at a time.

Thank you, I would GREATLY appreciate it if anyone that knows could help. ;)
