I'm looking at the requirements of reference letter under Alberta Express Entry and there are some specifications that I'm not too sure about. On the checklist it says:
Your reference letter(s) must be on the company letterhead and must include:
What does the red highlights mean exactly? Does it literally mean I have to include education required for my current job? How can I include skills and knowledge necessary for duties? Aren't they kind of overlapped when explaining your job duties? What does work experience mean? Does that mean I have to include my previous work experience to show that I'm eligible for my current job?
They are not the requirements of federal Express Entry so I'm not sure what exactly they are looking for. I would appreciate if anyone can help with my questions.

- salary
- period of employment including start date and end date for each occupation performed
- hours of work per week
- main job duties you perform on a daily basis* (see note below)
- education required
- skills and knowledge necessary for duties
- work experience required
- employer contact information including business email address
