Hello all,
So, I came to Canada in Dec 2016 for January intake. But I failed in first semester. Then I took the same program For Sept. intake, passed first semester but again failed in second semester. That's when I realise that this program is not for me. Now I'm enrolled for another program for Sept. intake. If I complete this course successfully, Are there any chances of me getting work permit and eventually PR. If yes, how strong are the chances. Frankly, i think i messed up a lot. I ave never illegally worked in the country and has a valid study permit though.

If you complete the program you are now in successfully and as a full time student - then you should be able to get a PGWP that is the length of the program you are taking now. You won't get any credit for your previous studies in Canada that you didn't complete.

Impossible to say if you will qualify for PR. That depends on your profile and if you are able to get the work experience you need while on your PGWP.
