Background: I applied for PR with an OWP in June 2012. My OWP was issued Feb. 2013. My PR was refused in December 2014 due to my failure to submit paperwork on time. I'm re-applying for PR and an extension on my OWP.
Questions:
On IMM 5710, question 3 ("I am applying for one or more of the following), which option do I choose? I selected "a work permit with the same employer," but I'm second-guessing myself because it's an OWP, so the employer is irrelevant. Right? It also wouldn't be a restoration of status because I haven't lost my status yet.
I'm also confused about the Details of Intended Work in Canada section of the form. LMI isn't relevant since I'm applying as a spouse, right? Also, the duration of the time I intend to stay at my current job also isn't relevant since it's an OWP, correct?
I'm not sure if I'm the only one who finds this extremely confusing (the most confusing aspect of the entire application process, actually), but I would appreciate any help and clarifications you can provide.
