questions regarding of my wife's status

hi guys
have some questions regarding of my wife's application status
I will probably apply under fsw in EE next month(as soon as my ECA is ready), I hold a two year work permit with LMO and I am already in Canada(Ontario, more specifically)
however, wt I don't get is wether my wife will automatically be my co-applicant under EE?
She is still living outside Canada, we have married since 2011, and I wonder what will her status be if say I get the PR card under EE?
Besides, I will also satisfy the CEC under EE in Dec this year, will that make any difference for both of our applications?

1. Yes, you have to include her in you application.
2. Both your applications will be processed in conjunction.
