Questions regarding IMM5490 Spouse/Partner Questionaire

Hi I have a few questions that we dont seem to understand...

1. Has your sponsor visited you during the period of the relationship- I just want to know regarding about this question if they are pertaining to when my husband and i were still dating? or is it for the entire relationship?

2. Have you and your sponsor lived together? - Since I am a US permanent resident I am technically not allowed to be living with him but for the past months I am staying at his house for the duration of my stay as a visitor. The days I am staying in his house, is that considered as living with him as well?

1- This question asks since your relationship started like you got married or common law etc. Did you visit her during that period. I don't think dating counts here.
2-Yes whenever you were living together you have to tell everything

1. Dating, common-law, married, whatever. If you considered yourselves "together", then it counts as the "period of the relationship".

2. Yes, it's considered living together even though you are a visitor and it's perfectly fine to state that in the app.
