Questions regarding EE documents

1. what is the difference between employment reference letter which is required for employment records and letter of employment?

i have a letter from my manager that states my current position in the company, salary, benefits, hours, and roles and responsibilities and NOC code as well. i believe it is the employment reference letter. but what do i have to submit for letter of employment?

2. there is no place for submit CELPIP and/or IELTS results in the document upload section? do i have to submit it either way in any other section or the information in the online questionnaire is the only place where i have to provide the details?

3. i didn't claim any work experience and education of my wife but the online document checklist is asking to upload these documents. i have all but i am worried if they will ask me for ECA for my spouse degree? and like i said i didn't get any points before for my wife education.

4. i got the pnp as well (recently) but not under EE stream. Should i answer yes to the question where i have been asked if i have provincial nomination?

5. Also i noticed that they haven't asked for my or my spouse Birth certificates? ? ? ?

seniors and people already in the pool and/or got PR please help.

Needed only if you have the 600 points based on LMIA. In that case, letter of employment is the LMIA supported job offer.

CIC checks it directly based on TRF or reference number. They will ask you for the document upload only if the reference doesn't check out fine.

Surprising if you're prompted for this if you haven't claimed points for that. Attach the diploma/degree along with a Letter of Explanation highlighting that you haven't claimed points on these grounds.

I believe you should say No if you haven't accepted PN else Yes.

Not required under EE for PA and spouse. Only required for dependent children.

This will apply only if you have an LMIA supported job offer. If yes, upload that job offer letter. If no, the question doesn't arise.

in this case should i say yes that i have PN

If you have received a nomination, say Yes. If you have simply submitted an application for the sake of getting a nomination, say No.
