Hello everyone, just had a few questions for my common law app:
Question 1: This might be common sense, but just wanted to double check. For sections on the checklist that do not apply to me, we do not have to check off, correct? I know this is the case for the sub-boxes. However for the main sections like "Civil Status Documents", we have no information to fill in as none of the information is required. I'm assuming we leave it blank? Just wanted to make sure as I didn't want to have the app sent back to us for a silly mistake. For example:
Question 2: I know that medical exams are not required at the time of submission. So does that mean I leave the section unchecked... or should I check it and just leave everything blank? See below:
