My elder brother who lives in Toronto sponsored us (Me and my parents) back in 2009. Me and my parents live in Pakistan.
I recently received a letter from Canadian High Commission asking us to fill and send an Additional Family Information Form(IMM5645).
My questions are below.
1. Who is the applicant and who is principle applicant? whats the difference between them?
2. Whats the difference between IMM5645 and IMM5645E ? in letter they asked for IMM5645 but on CIC's website i found IMM5645E
3. Does anyone have any sample filled form of IMM5645? We need to see an example form.
