I posted this somewhere else in a different thread, but I thought I'd open a new topic to draw more attention..
Two questions:
My fiance is applying EE... I'm a canadian citizen, and we're in common law relationship (we're also part of the sponsorship application but that's taking too long)
So the question is, even though I am a spouse, I don't need to settle with him .. when he's filling in the EE profile, is he considered as a single candidate? or a candidate with a spouse?
2nd question - my fiance studied in a canadian university, and he was on a coop/intern program, so he studies for one term in school and work for one term (full time) outside of school, then study for a term again, and work again... etc.
does these time count towards the canadian work experience question in EE profile?
These were official skilled work positions that lasted four months long each, so if we count all of them, they accumulate to about more than a year worth of canadian work experiences...
Thanks so much.
