Questions Pertaining to the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program

I have a few questions pertaining to the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program.

Once a person is working and living in Nova Scotia and becomes nominated in the province and receives their PR stamp..how long does such a person have to live in the province of Nova Scotia before being able to move to another province in Canada? I was told for at least three years?

The reason I ask this is because I met a woman who is a foreign worker in Nova Scotia and she is part of the Provincial Nomination Program and she is in the process of sending her papers for being nominated in the province and later to start her PR Visa process.

Well we met and fell in love and have been talking about marriage, possibly next year. I live in Ontario so she told me that it may NOT be possible for her to move back to Ontario with me. Is this actually the case..would she have to remain in Nova Scotia even after becoming married to me in Ontario?

Even after she received her Provincial Nomination and her PR stamp and we were married, could I possibly sponsor her as well and then she be able to move with me back to Ontario?

I mean it would only make sense, especially if I have work here in Ontario and I married someone in Nova Scotia or any other province, who is under the Provincial Nominee Program, would I have to quit my job and move there in order for us to live together once married? What would be our options in this regard?

Thank you so much for any information that could be shared!

I believe if you are a PR holder in Ontario you can sponsor your wife under the PNP family sponsorship so go ahead marry her and sponsor to be with you, you might not need the Nova Scotia Nomination.
