Hello All,
I have received my ITA yesterday and have a few questions pertaining to Indian PCC to issues by a consulate here in the US.
1) My H1B be got picked and approved last year. I am yet to be stamped. For, Atlanta Consulate to get PCC they have asked to provide Visa Proof. Since, my Visa is not stamped, can I show I797 approved copy?
2) How exactly can we notarize the required document. I am guessing, self-attestation is not what they are referring to?
3) My last date of submission is 03/23. In May, I am planning to visit India for stamping purposes. Do I have to get a new PCC in that case?
Thanks and Regards,
Shangruff
