Questions on SDS application

Hi Friends,

I have received my acceptance letter from Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC)
in two years Cyber Security diploma course for 2021 fall session (sept).

I am applying through the SDS program as I am from Pakistan and have the following
understanding:

> One year tuition fee to be paid from an account under my name, from a bank
which operates in Pakistan
> GIC certificate to be bought (should this also be from my bank account??)
> Police certificate
> medical to be completed before the application is created
> Statement of purpose

I have to finalize all of the above before I make the online application?

Please correct my understanding.

Not sure if GIC has to be from your bank account, but it definitely has to be under your name.

And yes, you need to have all the documents before starting an application. You don't want to have an incomplete application.

Just make an account first for GIC. There will be instruction sent to your encrypt email said the payment need to be paid from your own account.
On the other hand, payment for your tuition fee can be paid from whatever account as long as you put the correct account (student no) when transfer. You can even pay multiple times then collect all the receipts and merge to one file. The receipt from the collect only show they receive the money, not from whom.

GIC need to be paid by wire transfer.
Tuition fee can be paid by wire transfer or use flywire service.

If you’re purchasing GIC from scotia bank, the money has to be transferred from a bank account under your name.
