Questions on Inland Spousal Sponsorship

Hi Forumers,

Please help me with my inland spousal sponsorship in Document Checklist Part A questions 9 & 10
9. Use of representative (IMM5476)- should i include this form in my application package then put my sponsor as representative?
10. Authority to release personal information to a designated individual (IMM5475) should i include this form in my application package then put my sponsor as designated individual.

Planning to submit my application within this week and need some clarification.

I maybe wrong, but our interpretation for IMM5476 is if you plan for a third party to do your paperwork. I.e.: an immigration lawyer. Your sponsor cannot act as your representative.

Designated individual can be your sponsor. It just means all the results will go to that individual.
