Hi,

I have a few queries on the Spousal Sponsorship forms. I really want to get all the things right the very first time. Therefore, I am seeking help from people who have already undergone the process of Spousal Sponsorship successfully before I submit my application.

Question 3 - Is there a co-signer on this application?

I was unable to type "N/A". Hence, selected "No"

SPONSOR CONTACT INFORMATION:

Can we change the current mailing address in Canada at anytime during the sponsorship process? I do not have a permanent address yet, however, I really wish to start the process and mail the documents ASAP. Also, can we give my friend's address for this?

In the address field, if we do not have data for some fields (for example, P.O. box), can we leave it blank or enter "N/A"?

For the telephone number and fax number fields, if we do not have an alternate number and fax number, can we just leave it blank?

SIGNATURES

For space where the co-signer should sign, since I am sponsoring my wife, can we leave it blank or write "N/A" in ink?

Should we (Sponsor and PA) sign and date the barcode page as well?

if there is no-signer just select NO
yes u may change the address anytime during the process
yes, if no PO Box, just leave it blank
yes, u can leave the fax number blank
if there is no co-signer, just leave their signature space blank
no dont write anything on the barcode page
