I have got some questions regarding how to apply for a working visa in the canadian embassy in the Philippines. I got a friend who has LMO coming and she needs help on what are the requirements that she should submit and questions about applying.
1. She has worked as a LC in Ontario 3 yrs ago but was not able to finish her contract due to an emergency, I just wanted to know if she needed to indicate the universal client id number from her previous employment in canada in the application forms? She is not applying as LC but as a temporary contract worker. An agency processed all her papers that's why she's got all this questions since this time she has to do it on her own.
2. What is attach original offer of employment that is indicated in the document checklist? Will the LMO be enough or does she have to have a signed contract?
3. She already got a red ribbon on her diploma 3 yrs ago, does this have a validity or expiration?
4. Does she need to provide proof of funds? Since it is listed in the document checklist. What are the examples of proof of funds? like if it is needed.
5. She is confused if she needed to apply for both temporary work permit application and temp resident visa application both at the same time?
6. What other requirements does she need to submit in the embassy? Does she need to submit SSS information as well?
