I am in the process of filling out my express entry profile post-ITA receipt and have the following questions. Any help is appreciated!

1. My husband and I are currently working in the US. We are hesitant about approaching our respective employers for work experience letters because it is our current job and we don't want to rock the boat, so to speak. My hubby & I both have 3.5 years of previous work (from India) which I believe already maxes out our score for the employment & transferability sections. So this additional experience will not affect our scores. Is it fine if we move our work experience in the US to the personal experience section?

2. Both my husband & I have degree certificates and transcripts with our last names shortened to our initials. For example, my name is "Albak B" in my degree certificate whereas in my passport and other US documents & tax returns, it is "Albak Bxxyxx". Do I need to declare it in "Other Names" section or is it sufficient to provide only a Letter of Explanation?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - That's fine but if you are a FSW applicant make sure you are still above the required 67 out of 100 points under the six selection factors.
2 - One and the same person affidavit.

Thanks for your suggestion. I took a look at the 6 selection factors and have a new question. The education factor relating to Master's in there says

University degree at the Master’s level or equal OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equal). Occupation-related to the degree must be:
  • NOC 2016 Skill Level A, and
  • licensed by a provincial regulatory body
Neither my Master's nor the related occupation is in NOC 2016 Skill Level A. Will that be a problem?
