Questions on AOR after CSQ, application sent in April

Hi,

I applied PR under QSW program and my application was delivered on 11 April.
However, I have not received AOR yet.
Is there anyone who applied in April and still waiting for AOR like me?
What do I do if it was sent to Spam mail and deleted? Should I call CIC?
