I have a question regarding my study permit.
I have applied a study permit in April 2014 while I was holding a PGWP at that time, which was for a part-time study at an university. Now, becuase my current work permit is about to expire in June. I have to stop working and I am planning to go back to school as a full-time student to complete the rest of courses of this program.
The study permit which I have applied shows the validation is 2018/07/31 based on FOSS-ATIP file which I request a month ago. A strange fact, I have never recieved an original paper work of this study permit. But, it was shown as "Approved" on my MyCIC account. And, I did contact the CIC Call Centre regarding this issue. The representative told me since I have a PGWP therefore a study permit will not be released. But, I can continue my part-time study.
1. Do I need to apply another study permit for this status change;
2. Does anyone shares similar situation that I have experienced. I mean, part-time studying and full time working under PGWP and study permit simultaneously?
