If I'm not required to fill out certain documents, do I still write not applicable and include them on the check off list?

Also need to ask on the Sponsor Spouse Questionere... I am going to apply OUTBOUND and I have been here since wedding in February, The States are visa exempt, I can stay 6 months.. So I will be extending my stay with my paperwork and continue to do so till I am completely done with the process. On the Sponsored Spouse Questionere.. It asks Have you lived with your Sponsor? Are you currently living with your sponsor? With applying outside the country can I still say I'm living here.. how do I answer that?

You can leave out forms that don't apply and write N/A on the checklist.

You need to extend your stay separately.

You answer them honestly. You are living with your spouse in Canada; use your Canadian address for everything in the app. There is no issue doing this with an outland app.
