Questions for Filling General Application Form

I was filling general application form and have below doubts. It will be great if people who already applied can suggest something for these.
1.UCI -There is a client ID mentioned in my work permit, can you put that as UCI?
2. UCI- Can I put same UCI for my dependents too?
3. Education:- I have done B.E. and than did Post Graduate Diploma in IT. Shall I select Post Graduation-no degree or bacheoler degree. I can not select masters as this was not a masters degree?
4. Occupation- Current and Intended occupation should match my role in work permit or it can be different?
5. CSQ(Certificat de Selection du Quebec)- I guess, this is not required for CEC category, please confirm?
6. Current Country of Residence - I am living in Canda currently. I can write From date, but what should I enter in "To Date". I am still living in Canada only, so is this the date on which I am filing my application, please suggest.

Highest level of education - Bachelor's Degree

4. Occupation- Current and Intended occupation should match my role in work permit or it can be different?

Current Ocupation(your current title) - Intented(just add Lead/Supervisor/Manager infront of title)

5. CSQ(Certificat de Selection du Quebec)- I guess, this is not required for CEC category, please confirm?

Country (Canada) / Status (worker) / from (Your workpermit Start date) -- To (Workpermit expiry date)
