I'm not sure why I always find these forms so utterly confusing
I'm applying for a visitor extension for my American common-law partner.
1. Do we need to include the Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union? We already have a sponsorship application in progress, is this required for the visitor extension? I could be remembering this incorrectly, but I feel like we didn't actually even need to include it with our sponsorship application, although maybe we did and I'm thinking of something else...
2. What is the difference between "original entry into Canada" and "most recent entry into Canada." My common-law partner and I visited my mom in Alberta about 3 years ago, otherwise, the only other time he has come to Canada was this past June.
Thanks for the help!
