Questions before outland interview, with exclusion order

hey. im in the proccess of outland sponsorship where im being sponsored by my wife which is canadian citizen.
we have now reached the stage where they sent me an invitation for a personal interview (only me) to apear in their embessy for further assesment.

now just a few small facts regarding my case:
i have been issued an exclusion order for 1 year that began at january 26 2012 ( so its almost over)
my wife and me where together and living together for about a year before i got it and she came to visit me in my country and than i came back to her and stayed with her. and than just before chrismess i got an exclusion order for a year for working illigely. (the buisness was than under my "fiance" name and was just for 1 month) long story short we wanted to get married in 2012 anyways and in my country we cant get married because we not from the same religion. so we got married in canada before i left and than i left without doing any truble and my wife came to my country soon after me to be with me as a tourist and extended her stay twice for a total of 8 months (till now) and she is leaving for chrismess 1 week before my interview.

now most of the proofs from our time here they dont have and i have a pile to bring for the interview but just wanted to have any opinion and what questions they might ask.

ps. my application was sent and prepeard by a lwayer but he never really answer alot of my questions.

They'll ask about the genuineness of the relationship, so bring all those documents proving she was visiting you; the visa officer may not want to see them, but it is best to be prepared.
You should know all about your wife's life in Canada, her family/friends/education/hobbies/previous jobs/previous relationships, etc.

They will also ask about your exclusion order. Just answer truthfully. It should be OK.

They ask things they already know the answer to - it is to check that the applicant was telling the truth in the application.

i dont worry about that all i worried is about that exclusion order and what they might ask me about it..
can they reject my application even though the relationship is real but on other ground like that i worked illigelly?

The applicant has already been 'punished' for working illegally by being excluded for a year. I think you could be successful. I know one man who entered Canada illegally, stayed for years without papers, and was finally deported. He married a Canadian and finally got his PR visa.

hope you right!! i just have to hope for the best! those days before the interview making me crazy omg i cant think about anything and my wife just leaving also for chrismess :/

Do you have time to get GCMS notes? The notes should confirm to you what their suspicions are.

They are notes on your file that the officer makes while reviewing, so it would give you an idea of what they think about your relationship, and where they see a problem. It's a useful thing to prepare an interview, but in your case, you won't have time to receive them, because it takes about a month to get them. And the interview letter probably gives you a reason why they want to see you - and in your case it probably has to do with the exclusion order, and seeing if your relationship is genuine.

It does not matter whether the relationship is genuine in real life. It matters whether the officer is convinced to believe it is genuine.

if i have enough evidences also with family movies (but i understand they dont accept movies) than what can he possiably not be convinced about? i pretty much have ALL of the examples of proofs they ask in the invitation letter... although its the first time they will see it in the interview because its after we sent the application
