I have a few questions regarding work experience. I am in Post ITA stage and need a few clarifications before I submit my application. I am applying in FSW - Outland. I didn't realize the following concerns until I started collating my documents. My profile NOC is 1122.
1) The very job that I took back in 2010 and left in 2011 was with a small start-up type of company, fell under 1122 NOC. However, I do not have roles & responsibilities for this and company has shut down, do I still keep it in my Work Experience, or just move to Personal History. It was in Work Experience in ITA. Duration – 1 year 10 months.
2) After the above role, I moved to a big MNC where my roles and responsibilities match 1122 NOC however the title was Customer Professional, which contradicts this NOC title suggestions. What NOC shall I use in this one? The one matching title or role & responsibilities. This one was titled like this because we were catering external clients for consultancy and analytical needs of the client. If you suggest me to keep the NOC matching title, then shall I keep it in Work Experience or move to Personal History. Duration – 1 year 5 months.
Next in my life, I decided to take up Post graduation and move from my home country, where the above two roles were.
3) While studying, I had a part time job of an administrative assistant, I have no doubts about the NOC of this one, but shall I put it in Work Experience or Personal History. It wasn’t mentioned as a work experience during ITA. Duration – 1 year 3 months (part time).
Now my current role, for which I can get all documents from my employer and have roles and responsibilities matching the 1122 NOC code. Duration – 3 years 3 months.
Please advise what I should do.

A couple of questions about my partner’s work experience as well. He is the dependent applicant.
1) He had a role back in the home country, where he worked for 12 months full time. He did not leave that on a good note, and doesn’t have a relieving letter from the employer neither can get a reference letter, however does have appointment letter and payslips but that does not provide the entire information required by CIC. Where should this go – Work Experience or Personal History.
2) In our current country of residence, he did not have a job for a few months and was driving Uber. We cannot get any documents of employment from Uber for that. I am guessing putting this in Personal History is the best option.
Any help will be much appreciated.
