I'm from syria, I have not filed any application at any Canadian office, but I have a UNHCR asylum seeker certificate (Amman, Jordan) from septemper/2015 and I am not the subject of any resettlement program for any country yet.
Now, based on the UNHCR certificate:
In form No. IMM 5669 (Schedule A – Background/Declaration),
My Question #1: in "Question 6-C (Have you ever made previous claim for refugee..... etc.)", what should I choose; YES or NO?
In form No. IMM 0008 (Schedule 2 – Refugees Outside Canada),
My Question #2: in section "General Application Information", what should I choose; "I have been Referred by UNHCR" or "None of the above"? (Note: The second and third options are completely excluded).
My Question #3: in "Question 2-C from Part A" (Have you ever applied for Convention refugee....etc.), what should I choose; YES or NO?
