I am a U.S. citizen. I am currently in Ontario and will be getting married soon. Then my husband is going to apply to sponsor me. First question is, can I stay and have implied status while everything is being processed? Second question is, is it true than I can apply for PR as Outland, even if I'm in Canada? Is it better to do that or inland? One more question...do I have to apply for PR right after he is approved to sponsor me or can that wait?
