Questions About PR Application and Process

Hello Everyone,

I have decided to prepare my permanant resident application and had some questions for which I seek some clarification.

1) Do i need to declare any NOC C jobs that I may have undertaken or should I declare only NOC B jobs?
2) Should I get a police certificate before getting an ITA or should i apply for one after I get the invitation?
3) Once i get an ITA can i apply for a BOWP?
4) How much is the fees for the entire PR Process?
