Hi guys, I'm studying the second semester of my 1-year program certificate. I withdrew from my second program due to the Ontario college strike in November 2017 and back to school in Jan 2018. I'm wondering do I need to explain why I have a gap from Fall semester 2017 when I submit PGWP application?. I check on CIC website they said this situation does not affect to international student status if they back to school in Jan 2018 as a full-time student but they do not mention does the student have to explain the reason of withdrawal or not? I'm so confused.
