In the sponsor application package, what should I include?

Notice of assessment? or something print from CRA account from the CRA website?

If I remember correctly, there is a number for you to contact provided by CIC on the page where it asks you for option c print out. If you can't find the number then simply contact the CRA and ask them for your option C print out. They will have to mail it to you.

As said above, you must actually contact CIC and request an Option C.

I've just done this - I am in the UK and couldn't get through to the CRA, I asked a friend in Toronto to call, she did and connected my via facetime to the CRA agent - I requested the Option C printout (which you cannot get any other way) they are sending it to her address and she is forwarding it to me in the UK.

The number to call is 1-800 959 8281

Thanks guys. I am not in Canada either right now. I heard it is also ok to get it through the CRA website. I registered and have the account and password they send. But can not find what I can do with it next. Has anyone tried that please?

The only way to get an Option C is to call.

It's automated too, so you can do it in the evening.

Ours came very quickly - within 2 weeks I would say.
