Questions about offer of employment and proof when extending work permit

I am extending my employer-sepcific work permit now. I have some question. Need help!!!

I was hired in AIPP a year and a half ago. My work permit is also under AIPP. It will expire in June, 2023. I can be exempt from LMIA. When I had the document list, I noticed some questions. I

1. Offer of employment
System asks me to upload my offer of employment. I am working for the same employer and no conditions such as responsibilites, wage, job title changed. Only one thing changed. The CEO on my offer changed. Do I need to submit an updated offer of employment? Can I submit the original one?
If I submit the original one, what about the CEO? Do I need to submit an explanation?
If I submit the updated one, what about the expected start date of job? The day of work permit expires?
There is another problem. AIPP has been changed to AIP. My employer is only the designated employer of AIPP. Can I still use the offer of employment under AIPP and just change the name of CEO and expected start date?

2. Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered
What is this proof?
System says: if you intended occupation in Canada is regulated, provide evidence that the responsible provincial, territorial of professional body has granted you the required license or certification.
My job is not regulated. So what proof I should submit?

Thank you!

for sure I can say, that you need an updated/new employer offer (with a current date) and you need to pay again the employer compliance fees of 230 CAD.

my passport expired and with it the original work permit, and we handed in with the (extension) application the original ones plus current paystubs. the work permit was cut short to just 7 months but would have otherwise gone the full length. the original offer and fee receipt were exactly the reasons for refusal as they were considered not valid.
